What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

How do I shop online?
  1. Find your products. This can be done through our site navigation.
  2. Add the product to your shopping cart. Select the number of products you’d like to order and click the “Add to Cart” icon. The page will then show a shopping cart, confirming that the product has been added to your cart. You can then continue shopping.
  3. View your shopping cart. You can access this at any time by clicking the “View Cart” icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items. 
  4. Proceed to Check Out. All items in your order including selected samples and any applicable gifts with purchase should be visible in your cart at checkout unless otherwise noted.
I received an error message while trying to place an order, what do I do?

Please contact us at service@sekkiseibeauty.com letting us know what error message you received including a screenshot if possible and at what point in the ordering process you received it.

What happens when an item I want is out of stock?

Products offered on www.sekkiseibeauty.com are available based on the shopper’s market—either the U.S. or Canada. Please note that not all items available in the U.S. are offered in Canada. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket, but it may be available in a store near you. If a product(s) becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email. We will only charge you for the products you receive.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Enter your discount code on the Checkout page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When a discount code is accepted, the discount will be displayed on the same page.

How much is sales tax?

We collect sales taxes as required by law. Sales tax may be subject to change.

Is there a limit on how much I can order?

SEKKISEI reserves the right to limit multiple units at a maximum of 3 units of a single item sold per customer over a period of time.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we offer a complimentary sample(s) with every order. The sample(s) can be selected during the checkout process.

When will my order be processed?

Standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order or how do I know my order went through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact customer service.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships that contains tracking information for your package. You can track your package’s progress on the FedEx or DHL website.

My order was cancelled or how can I cancel my order?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed


If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice that explains the reason for cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us via email.

After you have clicked “Pay Now”, the order begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact customer service. While we do our best to process cancellation requests,  please note that  our team is only able to cancel orders that have not already been packaged at our warehouse.

I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

Please send an email to service@sekkiseibeauty.com with your order number and we will get back to you right away.

Can I order over the phone?

At this time, we can only accept orders through our website.

Where do you sell SEKKISEI products besides this website?

You can ensure that you are purchasing authentic SEKKISEI products by purchasing through one of our authorized SEKKISEI retailers. You can buy our products at select physical stores. Our authorized online retailers are Amazon.com, Costco, and Yamibuy.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer shipping in the contiguous United States by UPS or FedEx Ground, 3 Days, 2nd Day Air and Overnight at the following flat rates:

FedEx SmartPost - $6
FedEx SmartPost - Free (Orders $60+)
FedEx 2nd Day Air - $14
FedEx Next Day Air - $20

Shipping to Alaska (AK) & Hawaii is offered at the following rates:

USPS Priority Mail - $10
USPS Priority Mail – Free (Orders $60+)
FedEx 2nd Day Air - $14
FedEx Standard Overnight, Signature Required - $29

We offer shipping by DHL Parcel International Direct at the following flat rates in Canada:

Orders CA$0 - CA$89.99: $15
CA$90.00+ - Free

How quickly will my product arrive?

FedEx SmartPost: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.
FedEx 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 1-2 business days from the order's ship date.
FedEx Next Day Air: Delivery within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

DHL Parcel International Direct: Normally deliver within 4 to 10 business days, though we do ask that customers allow an additional week for customs processing time.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except holidays).

Does SEKKISEI ship to APO/military and P.O. Box addresses?

We are currently unable to ship to Military APF/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Does SEKKISEI ship internationally?

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why am I not able to choose a priority shipping method for my order?

Priority shipping methods (FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Days service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. territories.

Why was my priority shipped package not delivered?

All priority shipping methods require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange a product?
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of its shipped date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. A credit will be issued within 30 days after we receive the returned merchandise.
  • If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us within 30 days of receipt by email for the damaged items to be replaced.
  • If you received a wrong item in the package, save the box and the merchandise and notify us within 30 days for receipt by email to receive the correct item.
  • Returns or exchanges for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a SEKKISEI counter or other retailer locations.
  • Returns or exchanges for purchases made at a SEKKISEI counter or any other retailer locations cannot be returned through sekkiseibeauty.com.
  • Items not purchased through sekkiseibeauty.com should be returned at their place of purchase.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be honored where more than 20% of the contents of any item purchased has been consumed or otherwise used.
Can I return products that I purchased from other stores?

All items purchased directly from sekkiseibeauty.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a SEKKISEI product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

What is the difference between the Medicated SEKKISEI products sold in Asia and the SEKKISEI products sold on your website?

SEKKISEI products sold throughout the world are manufactured in Japan and are therefore identical. The only difference is the packaging and product name.

How should I store my SEKKISEI products?

Keep your SEKKISEI products out of direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures.
